Privacy Policy.

Pluso is made by Alberti Interactive (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Pluso, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it the way we write everything else: plainly.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address, display name, and a unique account identifier, created when you sign up with email and password or with Google.
- Your canvas content. The boards you make — cards, notes, images you upload, connections, and the questions you ask — so that your work saves and is there when you return.
- Voice input. When you turn the microphone on, what you say is transcribed and processed so Pluso can respond. The microphone only listens when you activate it, and we do not use your voice to identify you.
- Usage information. Basic technical logs (such as feature usage, errors, and approximate performance timings) that help us keep Pluso working and improve it.
How we use it
- To provide Pluso: building your boards, answering your questions, saving your collections.
- To process your requests with AI models — your questions and relevant board context are sent to the models that generate Pluso’s responses.
- To search the web on your behalf when you ask for articles or images. Your search terms are shared with search providers to return results; your identity is not.
- To fix problems, prevent abuse, and understand which parts of Pluso are useful.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your boards for advertising.
Services we rely on
- Authentication is provided by Google Firebase. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and profile photo with us, governed also by Google’s own privacy policy.
- AI processing uses third-party and self-hosted models to generate responses, summaries and narration.
- Web search and imagery come from third-party search providers; images on your boards keep links back to their original sources.
- Payments for paid plans are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and your browser’s local storage to remember basic preferences (such as your account identifier and display name). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
Your boards and account data are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and boards within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep specific records. You can request deletion at any time by writing to us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under UK and EU data protection law), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, export it, restrict or object to its processing, and have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within one month.
Children
Pluso is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the product before the changes take effect.
